FAQs
Will my private data be used to train ChatGPT?
No. We do not share your data with OpenAI for LLM training. Your data is only used to train your Cleva.Bot™ by converting it to non-human-readable vector data. Your orignal sourcce files are not retained. All intellectual property remains in your possession and control. Cleva connects to OpenAI's API service to share contextualised data to leverage ChatGPT's Large Language Model and AI capabilities to output the response. What is a custom chatbot?
A custom chatbot is trained on your data, including your website contents and uploaded files, to gain a deep knowledge of your organisation, products and services. Combining this knowledge with the capability of a Large Language Model provides your business with a virtual assistant that can engage with customers in human typical conversation to accurately answers queries and make recommendations.
How are messages counted?
Each bot response consumes 1 credit if using ChatGPT4-o Mini, or 5 credits when using ChatGPT 4-o (default full version). You have a monthly allocation of message credits based on your plan. Your credits will automatically refresh each month. If needed you can add more message credits here at any time, or change to 4-o mini to reduce credit consumption.
What data/file types do you accept?
LINKS: URL's (all webpages); XML Sitemap; Google Docs and Sheets URLs;
UPLOADS: PDF; DOC; DOCX; TXT; CSV; XLS; XLSX.
Which Language Model should I use?
ChatGPT4-o Mini is ideal for general pupose tasks. ChatGPT 4-o (default) is superior for highly complex tasks. We'll help guide you to choose the best model for your needs.
What happens if I run out of message credits?
No problem. You can add more credits here. We actively monitor credit consumption. You can also view consumption in the management UI. We will alert you if you're at risk of exceeding the limit to help address the issue before it occurs.
Can I test my Cleva.Bot™ before deployment?
Yes! When your Cleva.Bot™ is ready you will receive a link to view and test your bot. You can also share the link with others to gain feedback. The bot can remain in trial for 30 days before a subscription will be required.
Does Cleva.Bot™ support other languages?
Yes! Your Cleva.Bot™ supports all languages and will respond in the language the user engages with.
How soon will my Cleva.Bot™ be ready?
Deployment turnaround is generally 2 to 5 days once your data has been received. This is variable depending on the volume and type of training data to be indexed; the extent of custom manipulation needed; and overall development/deployment demand.
Can I have multiple bots for different purposes?
Yes. Bots dedicated to specific roles can be very useful. e.g. A Customer-Service bot and a Team-Training bot can be separate and independently trained for their intended purposes. You can add bots to any plan.
Is there a price difference to use ChatGPT4-o versus ChatGPT4-o Mini?
No and Yes. The monthly subscrption cost is the same, irrespective of the GPT language model used. However, message credits are consumed differently. ChatGPT4-o Mini consumes 1 credit per message. ChatGPT4-o (default) consumes 5 credits per message.
